AMANDA MEYER
Amanda has been teaching Pilates since 2007 and completed her Comprehensive Certification from Body Arts and Science International (BASI® Pilates) in April 2008. She has an extensive background in dance, including flamenco, and has lived and traveled all over the United States performing and working in various dance companies.
In addition to teaching Pilates, Amanda is still working as a professional dancer today. She can be seen with performance groups such as The Pin-Down Girls and Larkeldi’s Whiskey Carousel in and around the Los Angeles and Ventura area. She is fortunate to have worked with many accomplished dance companies and artists.
Amanda LOVES working at ORS and she values her clients. They inspire her each and every day.
TOMONO SUKEDAI MCNAMARA
Tomono Sukedai McNamara was born and raised in Sapporo Japan. In her first year of college she fell in love with dance. Tomono began training at the Tsukada Jazz Ballet Work Studio in Sapporo training in jazz, ballet and hip-hop dance. After graduating from Sapporo University, Tomono relocated to Tokyo to continue her dance training on a professional level. She trained at Broadway Dance Center Tokyo and Studio Wing. She also was a company member in the Toho Entertainment Dance Company. After a couple of years, Tomono went back to Sapporo and started to teaching at various studios. During this time, Tomono began focusing on fitness and wellness. She became a fitness instructor at Sapporo Health Promotion Center and trained clients of all ages. After years of instructing and training in fitness and dance, Tomono decided move Los Angeles to continue her study in dance and human movement and trained at Edge Performing Arts Center and Millennium Dance Complex. Tomono completed her Comprehensive Certification through Body Arts and Science International (BASI® Pilates) and began teaching at ORS in 2009. She is still teaching hip-hop dance in her local community. Tomono feels Pilates has changed her life, body and mind and believes Pilates is a fitness lifestyle for all types of people.
ONISHA MOORE
Onisha Moore graduated with a BA Degree in World Arts and Cultures Dance Concentration from UCLA. She performed all over the world with Lucent Dossier - a performance troupe based out of downtown LA doing dance and contortion. She now performs extensively with Versastyle Dance Company, a hip hop dance group. Onisha teaches adult ballet at Westside Ballet in Santa Monica. She received her Comprehensive Certification through BASI® in March 2010 and loves teaching and working with all different clientele at ORS Pilates and Yoga.

NATASHA SENKOVICH
A professional belly dancer, Natasha has been performing over 10 years. Although she performs solo now, she has been part of Egyptian Middle Eastern Folk Dance Group led by the famed Egyptian choreographer Viviane Hamamdjan. Natasha began studying pilates over two years ago. It took her over a year of consistent practice, but pilates changed her whole body and her approach to fitness and well being. Practicing pilates greatly improved Natasha's strength, flexibilty and her dance style. She is happy to join the ORS team and have the opportunity to share the many life changing benefits of pilates with all of you!
